Coffee table knight
Yes, I'd say I am)
Day three of having a fish. Yesterday I actually bought him a couple of live plants because he clearly didn’t like the artificial ones. These plans seem to be OK in his opinion

It's interesting. Fish can be capricious, fish have a character!
They also encourage the owner to master complex aquarium techniques.

Also as soon as they notice you they swim to you with a clear expression on their face that says "Where is my food?!"
Seriously. This guy is always hungry

Oh, I heard that water scorpions have no sense of satiety. Maybe the betta fish does too. It is important not to overfeed.
Coffee table knight
Yes, I know that. But he clearly is not happy that I know that XD

Handsome )
And quite a nice place he has
Astarion
I googled and, yes, he does look for the part
The Herald
He does, does not he? He is contantly trying to bite everything that can fit into his mouth XD
Lucifer
I've been rearranging his tank for three days constantly, and finally it looks like he is satisfied with the place
and he is a companion for his owner, that's just perfect!
I had fishes when I was in school, it was a nightmare I dread till this day
They were eating each other if anyone got somehow injured
and when we were cleaning their tank once one of them decided to escape, he jumped the hell out of the tank, so we couldn't even find him
I still have no idea how did he manage to get UNDER the carpet
He lived, though...

he is alone there, right? Should be an easy care, it's worse when there are many in the tank
The Herald
Yes, he is alone. This type of fish does not tolerate anyone on their territory
Allow me to introduce you Astarion
He has very rich dress. Blue and red look amazing.
Good morning
How are you today, my friends?
I was so lazy these two weeks, but now I'm ready to work again
How are you today, my friends?

I lost track of time while I was designing the crossover. I want to play. Just play.

Is it open yet?
Day four of being a fish buddy. Apparently, he does not like it when it is dark in his tank at daytime. When it is cloudy outside, he wants his lamp on

How do you know his mood?
Is it open yet?
Not yet. We are currently filling it with content. I think we will be able to open by Monday. I planned to do this earlier, but there was too much to do.

Does he get a lot of sun in his natural habitat? He looks like a tropical fish.
Lucifer
It's pretty easy actually. When he does not like something he starts swimming next to a wall of the tank as if he is trying to get through it and escape. This morning, he was deliberately swimming through the wall turned to the window, so I figured he wanted to get to a place with more light. When I turned the lamp on, he immediately lost all interest in that particular wall
Coffee table knight
He is a tropical fish, yes, but he was raised in captivity and lived for a long time in a pet store, so, I suspect, he got used to lamps. He also has a very obvious schedule: he expects to go to sleep around 9pm, and 9pm is when our local pet store closes
The fish has a daily schedule, but we still don't.
Coffee table knight
The fish has his own house without rent or mortgage, lives in the tropical weather all year round, enjoys a stable meal twice a day and a regular sleep schedule. How much of that can anyone of us afford? XD
