oh I know the feeling! but when I passed the certain age I started going to bed at 10pm when need to go to work next morning rest is everything, I am personally non functioning if I don't have at least 7.5 hours sleep

I do, but not books I work for UK company)
prefer reading in native language tbh, especially if it is before bed time, need a brain relaxation if you know what I mean
