In Canada, it's a little different. There is a thing called "emergency return to work act" or something like that. The governor of the province can force the essential workers to return to work. There are consequences however, and the labour union may sue him for that. So we'll see how it goes

Well, you need a visa, but you can only get it somewhat like a month in advance, no earlier. Other than that, me and my mother have booked a tour. The tour company is providing everything from guides to drivers to hotels, so it's really convenient
